Tenor Drums, or quads/quints/sextets are one of the main parts of marching percussion. The usual set up contains the 4 drums with 1 or 2 "gack" drums in the middle. Companies that make Tenor Drums are usually Pearl and Dynasty. In some cases, bands will have tri-toms or single tenor drums. Tenor music is usually written with the gack drum above the staff, then drum 1, 2, 3, and 4 (in descending order).
Tenor SticksEditTenor sticks are made by companies such as Pro-Mark and Vic Firth. They contain a round head and and aluminum or wooden stick.
